This is the first of a series of updates to inform you of our progress as we begin to transition our Northern California operations from our Santa Rosa facility to our new Stockton facility. 

 

What changes can you expect to see once we have moved to the Stockton distribution center?

 

 

Our new Stockton facility will utilize state of the art radio frequency warehousing technology to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivers a 99.8% accuracy level, virtually eliminating shipping errors.          

 

Continuing our pledge of next day delivery service, during this transition you will not see a change in the day of the week of your delivery, but may see a difference in the sequence on a particular route as we optimize our route structure to adapt to our new Stockton location.  Please be aware that several months after the transition to Stockton, we will be working with some of you to adjust your delivery day so we can optimize our transportation costs.   

 

The new distribution center will allow us to expand our cutoff time for the placing of orders, we are extremely excited to expand our order cutoff time to 2 p.m., and allow add-on orders until 3 p.m.
